Community Partner Updates: Deepening Impact, Growing Capacity, and Developing Leadership

This past Spring, we checked in with our Community Partner Grantees and invited them to connect and share updates at a meeting in June. They continue to deepen impact and grow their organizational capacity, in the midst of ongoing crises and challenges. These inspiring changemakers and leaders are listening to communities they engage, adapting, deepening, and pivoting. All organizations received continuation of unrestricted funding from SV2. Read more to learn what they shared and ways to support!

Kicking off the Fall Climate Justice Grant Round!

SV2's Fall Grant Round is focused on Climate Justice. Based on community insights and aspirations, we are excited to embark on a learning journey which will highlight the many climate-related issues that impact our frontline communities and the changemakers that are making a difference and building resilience.

We're currently gathering insights about climate justice and Bay Area organization nominations from our community.  Please share your thoughts in the survey soon! SV2 Partners, we're also hoping to get your preference for Grant Round meeting timing via the survey soon.

This Grant Round will enable $160,000 of unrestricted, multi-year funding to be allocated across two organizations ($80,000 each). We'll deepen our community engagement and build on our trust-based philanthropy practices.
