Join us for our virtual Spring Gathering: The Power of Community Voices in Changemaking on Tuesday, May 4th 6:30-8:00pm. In breakouts, we’ll have some light catchup with each other, followed by listening to the moving stories of some of our inspiring social impact leaders who regularly embed community voices in their ‘way of being’, work and impact. Impact Investing Working Group
The SV2 Impact Investing Working Group discusses prospective impact investment opportunities, hears pitches from social entrepreneurs, and performs due diligence in order to make informed investment recommendations on behalf of SV2. The Working Group is comprised of Partners who are committed to actively participating in all aspects of impact investing, including the due diligence process. All Partners are welcome to begin regularly attending IIWG meetings at any point in the year or are welcome to audit meetings on a drop-in basis.

The Family Philanthropy Interest Circle is a Partner-led group which provides a safe space to explore personal experiences, successes, and challenges in an ongoing, intimate setting. - East Bay Community Foundation (EBCF) will host their first virtual Inclusive Economy Showcase on April 22nd that will highlight entrepreneurs of color and community-based companies and organizations who are building and shaping an inclusive economy in our region. They are committed to democratizing the flow of capital into the community. The showcase will prioritize the needs and goals of the founders and there will be educational opportunities for all participants. Every applicant will receive feedback, support, and exposure.
