A Conversation with Richard Rothstein: Exploring our History of Racial Injustice

SV2 is delighted to host Richard Rothstein, a Distinguished Fellow at the Economic Policy Institute, and author of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America.

Mr. Rothstein will provide unique insight into historic structural conditions leading to racial housing and education segregation in the United States. In addition, he will discuss how the Coronavirus pandemic threatens to further increase the wealth and academic achievement gaps for Black and Hispanic families - and key considerations to support a more equitable and inclusive recovery.

Board Members: Thank You & Welcome

It is with deep appreciation that we celebrate the impact of two outgoing SV2 Board members, and welcome three new members to our Board: Rachel Klauser, Rekha Pai Kamath, and Paul Work.

Introduce your friends and colleagues to SV2

SV2 Partners, we encourage you to help us spread the word about the SV2 community. If you know someone who may be interested, please invite them to join us in helping to create a Bay Area and world where everyone can thrive by attending an upcoming SV2 event. Alternatively, you can forward a name or two to Lucinda Brommersma and she will follow-up directly with them.

Thanks for your support in growing our community and increasing our impact!
