SV2 Holiday Giving Guide
Dear SV2 Partners,
What a year it has been. Our inspiring and impactful Community Partners (SV2 Grantees), continue to do and lead crucial and equitable social impact work in and with our communities, including supporting each other through this pandemic, ending racism, improving mental health, advancing high-quality learning, furthering economic justice and inclusion, creating affordable housing, ensuring a low carbon future, and reforming criminal justice.
We’ve learned that doing this critical work successfully during this time has typically involved a persistent sense of urgency, active listening, relationship building, reimagining, making pivots, expanding current programs and services, all while often significantly stretching organizational resources and capacity, and trying to sustain personal wellbeing. A special shout-out to all our SV2 Lead Partners for championing and supporting our Grantees through these tough times and beyond.
It’s a privilege to be able to connect our Community Partners (SV2 Grantees) with donors. In this Holiday Giving Guide, SV2 is honored to feature these organizations along with some recent examples of impact. Donor contributions are critical to achieving impact and helping organizations be resilient.
GivingTuesday is coming up on December 1st. GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.
We greatly appreciate your giving and support during and beyond GivingTuesday. Wishing you a wonderful and safe holiday season.
With hopefulness and best wishes,
Amy Badiani Program Manager, SV2
