Thenu Kittappa is a female leader in the tech industry and mother of two very adorable little girls. Thenu has over 20+ years in product and business development at companies such Allegro Networks, Aruba Networks, Nutanix and Zendesk. Her favorite quote "Legacy is not what I did for myself. It's what I'm doing for the next generation." Be it work or life, she is passionate, focused and driven when it comes to both. She joined SV2 to give back to the community through routes with long lasting impact. She finds learning and working with the terrific group of Partners energizing and hopes to grow and create impact with SV2 in the coming years. Thenu is currently based in the Bay Area and works for Zendesk. She completed her engineering degree from RVCE, Bangalore and MBA from Santa Clara University.

Impact Investing Working Group

The SV2 Impact Investing Working Group discusses prospective impact investment opportunities, hears pitches from social entrepreneurs, and performs due diligence in order to make informed investment recommendations on behalf of SV2. The Working Group is comprised of Partners who are committed to actively participating in all aspects of impact investing, including the due diligence process. All Partners are welcome to begin regularly attending IIWG meetings at any point in the year or are welcome to audit meetings on a drop-in basis.

Investing in Climate Solutions: Real Assets

With COP 26 failing to deliver firm commitments to avoid the worst effects of climate change, we all must do what we can to combat the crisis. One under-utilized action is to put our investment dollars to work. In this third session in SV2’s Investing in Climate Solutions series, we will look at investing in Real Assets, the green infrastructure that will transform major sectors such as energy, transportation, buildings, and more. Our speakers are Jon Creyts, RMI’s Chief Program Officer, and Eric Stephenson and Rahima Jamal from Align Impact’s client investments team.

Listen4Good helps you harness the power of direct feedback and make client perspectives more integral to your work. Organizations can join either our January or June cohorts each year. Our January round has a registration deadline of December 1, 2021 and our June cohort has a deadline of May 15, 2022.
