Diane Schweitzer & Steve Schramm
After forays into investment banking and consulting, Diane moved to the philanthropic sector where she has worked for 30 years. She served for six years as a member of the senior management team at the Robin Hood Foundation, one of
the first venture philanthropies. Starting in 2000 in the Bay Area, Diane’s consulting focused on organizational transformation of philanthropic organizations and nonprofit agencies. She most recently served as the Interim Chief Program Officer for Patient Care at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. In her spare time, Diane loves to hike, ski, sing, and avoid cooking at all costs.

Steve Schramm led seven startups over 30 years and now provides executive mentorship to small businesses in a variety of fields, primarily climate
change mitigation and medical breakthroughs. Steve provides mentoring via Stanford StartX, MIT UPOP, and related groups. Steve wants to see more successful women in tech and actively mentors female entrepreneur founders, works on the STEM inclusion taskforce (The Tech) to keep girls 10-16 engaged in tech, and supports female entrepreneurs in the Middle East via Gaza Sky Geeks and Manara. Steve regularly plays ultimate frisbee, tennis and golf, skis, and enjoys cooking, fortunately.
Steve & Diane travel aggressively throughout the world. They live in Mountain View, California, and have two sons in Seattle and Tucson.
