Danielle Kraaijvanger
|
Danielle is a non-profit advisor with a strong dedication to human rights and environmental advocacy. Having earned an Ed.D. in Organization and Leadership in 2019, her doctoral research delved into education and the prevention of human trafficking, focusing on the work of an NGO in Mumbai, India. Over the years, Danielle has lent her expertise as an executive, consultant, and advisor to various nonprofit organizations championing environmental sustainability, human rights, and women's rights. Danielle lives in Marin County with her husband Paul. They have three young adult children attending university.

Climate Resilient Communities

Executive Director Violet Wulf-Saena's leadership and vision continue to be recognized nationally. Through contacts made at the time of President Biden’s visit to the Bay Area last June, Violet participated in a Building Climate Resilient Communities Summit at The White House last September. In addition to being appointed a Distinguished Visitor at the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford, she received the prestigious James Irvine Leadership Award and has been invited by the Rockefeller Foundation to attend a four-week climate leadership conference at Lake Cuomo, Italy, this summer.
